THE OPPORTUNITY

Our goal is to bring strong talent into our organization and develop her/him to become an integral player of our future leadership population. In order to accelerate development, we are offering a Management Acceleration Program, which will last for 12-24 months. Program participants will undertake a few different assignments within the Manufacturing function. The assignments will mainly focus on the Manufacturing area but will allow to experience collaboration with other functions and gain a wide perspective on organization and business.

Upon successful completion of the program, the target is to offer a managerial position within the Manufacturing function.

BY Joining our Strategic Hiring PROGRAM, you will:

• work on Loss Elimination projects improving key performance indicators.
• focus on improvements in the Manufacturing area while collaborating with other functions.
• define and execute process improvement strategies and plans for designated areas.
• have a dedicated mentor from the Site Leadership team.
• get a permanent position and direct reporting line to the Manufacturing Director.
• enrich your experience and get ready for a management position within 12-24 months.
