- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - drive recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations - manage conflict resolution, foster a positive workplace culture, and handle employee concerns.
- Performance Management - oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and development initiatives.
- Acting fully as HRBP - provide different development and training activities (manager development, modern leadership, communication), build career paths, etc.
- Policy & Compliance - develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits - administer payroll, benefits, and competitive compensation packages.
- HR Reporting - track and report on HR metrics; provide insights to drive improvements.
